Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Grilliant. These terms apply when you use grilliant.com.au or place an order with us. Please read them alongside our Shipping & Pre-orders, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.

1. Shopping with Grilliant

Our products are offered for delivery within Australia. When you place an order, please provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process it and get in touch if needed.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the item we cannot supply. If we discover a material error in a listing or price, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with the law. We may decline an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent or unlawful.

2. Products, colour and fit

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and the way a cover sits will depend on the size and shape of your BBQ. Please check the product dimensions and measure your BBQ before ordering. The fit guide is there to help you make that decision.

Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product does not match its description, is faulty or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Prices and payment

Prices on our website are in Australian dollars. The product price and any delivery charge are shown before you complete checkout. Any discount or promotional offer is subject to the conditions stated with that offer.

Payment is taken at checkout, including for pre-orders. We use the payment methods made available through our checkout. We do not ask you to send payment card details by email or social media.

4. Pre-orders

A product marked as a pre-order is available to buy before it is ready to dispatch. The expected dispatch timing is shown on the product page and in our Shipping & Pre-orders information. For the current release, we expect to begin dispatching from 1 October 2026.

Expected dates are estimates. If the timing changes materially, we will update affected customers and explain the options available, including a refund where required by law. If we cannot supply your order, we will provide a refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to pre-orders.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is A$10 to Australian addresses, including regional addresses and PO boxes. For products that are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 2–3 business days. This dispatch period begins once a pre-ordered product is available to send, not on the day the pre-order is placed.

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier. Our Shipping & Pre-orders page has the current estimates and further details. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us so we can help. Nothing in these terms limits any right you may have if goods are not supplied as required by law.

6. Returns and your consumer rights

We do not offer returns or refunds simply because you change your mind or choose the wrong size after receiving accurate product and sizing information. Please measure your BBQ before ordering.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. These rights also apply to pre-orders and discounted purchases.

See our Returns & Refunds page for more information. We will not require original packaging or impose a fixed claim deadline where doing so would limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Using our website

The Grilliant name, product imagery, photographs, writing and other content on this website belong to Grilliant or are used with permission. You may browse the site for your personal use, but please do not copy or use our content commercially without our permission.

Please do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to access areas or information that are not intended for you. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.

8. Privacy and other websites

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our website may also link to other websites. Their content and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our website or business changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Updated terms apply to orders placed after they are published; they do not remove rights that arose under an earlier order.

10. Australian law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in them excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
