Refund policy

Please compare your BBQ measurements with the fit guide before ordering. Because BBQ covers can pick up grease, soot and outdoor marks once fitted, we don't accept change of mind returns or returns because the cover doesn't fit your BBQ. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
